The Geotech Coarse Grain Barrel Sampler is a reliable tool for taking disturbed samples of coarse soils (sands, gravel and moraine).
The sampler is drilled into the ground with Geotech Georods Ø44. During penetration, the loosened material is pressed through the barrel and out through the side opening. At the sampling depth, the sampler is pulled out with the sample kept in place.
